Mixed Use facilities must contain at least one residential unit. Loans offered include:

• 3 Year with 30 Year Amortization
• 5 Year with 25 Year Amortization
• 5 Year with 30 Year Amortization
• 7 Year with 25 Year Amortization
• 10 Year with 25 Year Amortization
• 15 Year Fixed

The following indices are used to benchmark our rates:

• Federal Home Loan Bank Board (FHLBB)
• Treasury Bills (T-bills)
• Prime Rate

Loan limits:

• Minimum loan: $100,000
• Maximum loan: No maximum

Commercial Only 

Commercial Only facilities must not contain any residential units to be considered under this category.
